Whenever I try to use it, I receive the message 'This version of Teams supports work or school accounts managed by an organization.' However, I don't have a work or school account; I only have a normal Hotmail account. I downloaded the app for friends and family, but I keep encountering this message. How can I resolve this issue and use Teams with my Hotmail account?0

Ah it sounds like you may have ended up with the Work and Schools version of Teams by mistake, there should be a personal version as well linked here.0

It should be Teams for home, so go to this link here then just click on the button below where it says "Teams for home".
