Heya @emmdarn and welcome to the community.
I'm afraid housing isn't my area of expertise, but I just wanted to let you know I'm moving your post over to the housing category, where more people in the know will be able to see and hopefully offer some top advice. I hope that's ok?0 -
Thank thank you just need help and advice0

Unfortunately there is a chronic shortage of social housing, even those with the greatest most urgent need face very long waits.
Have you tried making a formal complaint to the HA? As they appear not to have acted upon the medical updates to your application.
The housing ombudsmen would be the next step after that if you are unhappy with their response.
Neither however can offer you a property if there isn't anything available.1 -
It might help to know a little more about your situation, you said you have been trying for 5 years but haven’t said what banding you have been placed in as this would make a lot of difference, although even with highest banding a 3 bedroom can still take several years due to the extreme shortages0

Are you bidding on every 3 bed house/flat etc that is available?
Even with medical priority is can take a long time to get a 3 bed as they don’t become available often(huge demand and people don’t wanna give up their home even if it’s under occupied)0
