Fibromyalgia thinking of pip

I'm a 44 year old ex post mistress I had to return post office branch back due to suffering from post natal depression after 3 years of living with mental health and being in pain and feeling numb in various parts of my body I tried fighting with my demons and got myself a cleaning job at an office opposite my house my office are very supportive about my condition so I don't lift or move heavy objects my anxiety is bad I uses to work there 5.00pm 6.30 but I couldn't cope with seeing people and talking to them I changed my hours to early morning 5am to 6.30am I feel pain throughout my body I have degenerative disc disease osteoarthritis and frozen shoulder on the right side i am right handed aswell and I have fibromyalgia I've been told told apply for pip what are my chances of getting pip if I work as a cleaner I've always worked hard all my working life but all these conditions are slowing me down to a point I can't wash my hair my husband does it I can't raise my arms up when I clean at the office I'm using my left hand more and I feel the same pain in my left shoulder now aswell same as right side frozen shoulder please advise me what's best for me in regards of pip many thanks
