Hi, my name is SBB! My housing association just ignored me in everywhere they not even come repair

I am disable single mum with three children age 10,9 and 3. We all live in small one bedroom flat. We all sleeping on the floor in the living room. I registered myself with council they band me for more than 2 years just because i disnt send child benefit letter. Now the put me me back for bidding syestem before they told me wait for max 3 years than we provide you place. But now is bidding’s system when i bid my position between 40 to 70. My housing association just ignored me in everywhere they not even come repair my things. I dont know what to do plz help me this flat its in the second floor no lift and so many stairs. I cant take my children out because of my disability and they dont have any space for even sleeping and playing we all have suffer. Plz plz someone help me.

I'm sorry to hear about your struggles with housing. Have you spoken to your local MP for help? I know they can sometimes get the ball rolling quicker than trying to do it yourself. It could also be worth putting in a complaint regarding your housing association as they really should be helping you here!0
