Storage facility discrimination

Hi there
I have a rental at a storage unit. During a recent visit to storage unit, I requested assistance in locating my unit due to my disability-related challenges. However, the staff member I interacted with was dismissive and refused to provide the necessary support and was aggressive so I left and was unable to find my unit. This treatment left me feeling discriminated against and marginalised. The staff member was so aggressive i haven't been back to the storage unit and accessed my stuff and instead bought new stuff as I was scared. I ask the company to keep things in writing but they won't and call me instead and the customer care team told me that I should have followed induction properly despite me telling them I am disabled and vulnerable. They refuse to give me a refund and won't do things by writing. Who can I go to for help on this issue? They have my card details.
