ADP - re-determination.....

Hi

My friend called ADP,   was told letter had been sent out Wednesday 10th April. Girl couldn't tell them outcome but did say check bank account.  They have been given £10 payment Friday 12th April.  Why would this be?

    That sounds like it's the Christmas bonus. You would be entitled to that if you claimed a qualifying benefit on the first full week of December.eligibility

    Sounds like it to me yes. That's the only £10 I can think of.
