Spinal Stenosis surgery

Hi everyone,
I was wondering, has anyone here had surgery for spinal stenosis? How was your experience?
Also wondering if anyone has spinal stenosis and adult onset Hydrocephalus? I have both. I was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus in 2016 aged 43 and subsequently have had 5 brain surgeries plus 3 emergency abdominal surgeries.
I've had 3 microdiscectomy surgeries, two at the age of 17 . The spinal stenosis really took hold in January this year and I've had to use crutches since then and occasionally a wheel chair for outings. I'm 51 years young and have been struggling with the phyisical aspects as well as the emotional side too.
I'd really appreciate any feedback. I've been truly humbled by the experience and want to do whatever I can to help others.
Many thanks
Jeff

Hi @JeffB, this isn't something I've suffered with but I know we have a few members who have been or are going through a similar thing. It might take a little while for them to find your post but I hope you'll get some responses soon. Sorry to hear you've been struggling but I hope there are some better days aheadRosie (she/her)
