I've asked for a mandatory reconsideration, as I awarded lcwra,last week but was told no backpay,they are saying I was only putting sicknotes since November 2023,when it was actually August 2023,is it a long process for a decision,thankyou

    It can take up to 12 weeks for a decision on the MR.
