It simply means that DWP (Secretary Of States) decision remains unchanged. I’m assuming you haven’t yet had the hearing?
I also see that part of your evidence you have sent a statement of fitness to work, otherwise known as a fit note. PIP is not about your ability to work so a fit note will not help you here.0 -
@poppy123456 no not had hearing yet I have telephone hearing on 22nd may. And okay thank you for that1

I don’t no exactly what that means

It means they've reviewed the evidence that you sent and stand by the decision they made on your claim.
They are also advising that the Tribunal are aware that they will not take into consideration any worsening of condition. Have you sent evidence of a worsening of condition?

yes i send the evidence i am getting worse the doctor give my bigger dose medication i got fibromyalgia diagnosed

PIP is not about a diagnosis. If you already told them about the symptoms of your fibromyalgia then that would be fine.
If your conditions have got worse, you need to be very careful about reporting this because it could go against you, I'm not saying it definitely would but it could.
