Recently Sunak has proposed a reform to PIP and has stated people with disabilities will lose money which will be replaced with talking therapies etc, any one know when this is going to happen, my PIP review is due in 2025 but dont know what's happening, as I am certain many people will not be offered cash only talking therapies, I have had talking therapies in the past and it did not help me in the slightest.

There's been so many threads here about this since last Friday. No one knows anything at the moment and this includes whether the changes will even go ahead. We have a General Election this year and that could change everything.1

Thanks for your reply, just got to wait I guess, Sunak has lost his mind, I know that for sure.0

Unfortunately the government have created a self fulfilling prophecy, because of the Disability White Paper and the announcement of potential changes requiring health elements(extra money)and the (wrong)belief that having a PIP claim will stop job search requirements, be connected to PIP, it has made many people start PIP claims who wouldn't have bothered, resulting in claims skyrocketing. As a result of the governments stupidity or deliberateness they are now targeting PIP claimants.0
