Could do with advice

Hi all

i could really do with some advice please

i live in a hmo with 8 others, each room is self contained so no sharing, however there’s a junkie here who sleeps all day then starts banging, shouting, loud music all night, my neighbour also joins in with the banging, loud music as they hang out at night, and a constant smell of cannabis as the majority here smoke it, but the junkie is full on hard drugs

i I don’t feel safe here as 2 doors have been kicked in by this junkie

ive been to a&e several times due to not coping but they discharge me telling me they will email my gp

i refuse meds as I need to be ‘with it’ incase my door gets done

ive been refused floating support that I was originally promised as they can’t help with housing issues and a mental health social worker has also done an assessment and said I don’t need help as I can wash, dress myself etc

im thinking not to leave a&e until I receive help ?

any advice welcomed as I don’t know what to do

oh I’ve tried moving but when I email agents asking if they accept hb I don’t get a reply, and due to living in a populated area hb don’t cover all the rent so it’s another hmo with shared kitchen which I can’t do as it’s being around people

im also waiting to have an asd assessment

Thanks

I'm so sorry to hear this @apples your home should be a place of safety. I'm unsure of a proper course of action here to be honest, but if your safety is at risk, I'd definitely think about reporting this to the police.

    Thanks for the reply @Albus_Scope

I have reported the junkie to the police twice who were not interested

I would love to know what actions I can take as I hate living like this

It's always worth reporting things, even if nothing happens straight away. You'll be leaving a paper trail so the police will be able to see it's regular disturbances. It may take a while, but it is worth it in the long run.  Also speaking to your local noise complaint department to leave paper trails that way too can be fruitful.
