I have a deputyship in place. Do I have to sign the forms?

Or write in a journal. Currently still on ESA but just wondering what I would need to do because I have a deputyship in place?

Hi @bobby_basic123, welcome to the community. Is your ESA in the process of being transferred to Universal Credit?
As far as I'm aware, your deputy can sign your forms and communicate with UC on your behalf. You could try getting in contact with Citizens Advice or a local benefits advisor to see if they can advise you on how things will work
