I have just received my pip review report so confused telling Me to look at activity 11 for function reactions. All different codes numbers makes no sense. And at the end function affecting mobility identified in report is likely to be present for at least 3 months ticked And then 9 months ticked . Then appropriate reveiw time 2 years so does that mean they think I should have a review in about 2 years ? And then daily living also saying 3 months and 9 months.alot of the reveiw report says I can do this do that not true how they can do it over the phone I never no would rather been seen face ro face

Hey there @kiamarie and a big welcome to the community.
The reports can be very confusing with the codes they use, so please don't worry there. I know one of our regulars has a link to a site that can decode it all for you, so hopefully they can link it to you soon.
If you don't agree with the report, you can put in for a Mandatory Reconsideration (MR), but I'd suggest doing this in writing, as the people on the phone may misinterpret things.

Thankyou albus for your reply shall I wait until I get my decision from dwp before I challenge the reveiw report1

The recommended review time at the back of the report doesn't mean they've recommended enough of points for an award. They can recommend a review time even if there's no award recommended.
In the report there will be activities and descriptors. Next to each of those there will be a dot or tick. For example, a dot/tick next to box A would be recommending zero points for that descriptor. You can use the PIP self test to transfer those dots from the report into the test. At the end it will tell you how many points are recommended and whether there's any potential award. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/personal-independence-payment-pip/pip-self-test

Thankyou poppy all my reveiw form has ticks by every question I done a self referral with the answers on my pip review form. It comes up 14 points daily living .And 4 points mobility needs. Just have to wait and see what DWP say now but at end of form both ticked for 3 and 9 months things will be present in the report no clue what that mean0

The 3 and 9 months means that for PIP you must have had the difficulties for at least 3 months and expect them to last for at least a further 9 months. That's part of the criteria for PIP.
In the report, I wouldn't expect every box to be ticked. There would only be 1 tick/dot per activity.0 -
Yes, sorry, I said it wrong that's what I meant every question had at least one ansewer ticked And I added them up on self assessment and that's points that come up.And thankyou for letting me no about the 3 and 9 months0
