Hello I just wanted to ask some advice please,
I won my PIP claim via tribunal and the claim runs out January 2025, will i be sent a reminders to renew claim, will I have to start a new claim ? I'm unsure of the process because it was won at tribunal
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated thank you

Usually when awarded by a Tribunal they contact you about 14 weeks before your award is due to end asking you to ring them to request the form.Due to backlogs in review decisions this may not be the case now and they may contact you about 8 months before the award is due to end and send you a review form.0

Ok so I might hear from them in the next couple of months?
What will I need to do is it jus to say if I'm still the same or if I have any new conditions etc?
Thank you for the information0 -
Hi @rainbowboo - with your review, you should treat it with as much information as you did hopefully with your initial claim, i.e. give a couple of recent, detailed examples as to the difficulty you face for each applicable descriptor, i.e. when did it happen, where, what happened, did anyone see this, & were there any consequences to attempting/doing an activity?
Say if you can do each applicable activity 'reliably,' i.e. safely, to an acceptable standard, repeat as often as one would reasonably expect, or if it takes you much longer than someone without your disability.
Even if you're still the same, please don't just put 'no change' without describing your current difficulties regarding the PIP descriptors. If you have any new conditions, then mention these if they impact on the PIP daily living activities, or your mobility. Remember PIP is about your functional ability to be able/not able to do an activity reliably, rather than about any diagnoses.
