does anyone know if the following evidence (listed in message) is accepted for pip reviews

Hello
Is there anybody who can answer the following questions for me
Is a doctors letter that specifically states the ‘speed’ I can walk (which is 32 metres per minute) and the ‘duration I can walk for’ (11 minutes) – acceptable as evidence of how fast/far (352 metres) I can walk.
I ask this as my pip review form states doctors letters ‘don’t need to be sent’ (as evidence)
Also
Would video recordings made on a body worn video camera of me walking to shop and back, 340 metres in 11 mins be accepted as evidence of my limited mobility, I ‘walk’ to/from the shop about twice per month to pay my bills and have about 13 of these recordings dated from october 2023 to present.
My situation is as follows
Since 2019 I have been in receipt of pip for mobility at enhanced rate due to ‘severly restricted mobility’ as a result of ‘Functional Neurological Disorder’ causing ‘Functional muscle weekness’ in all 4 limbs.
This means I can only walk for a short period of time (11 minutes) at a pace of 32 metres per minute and then have to continue mobilizing in a powered wheelchair, I cant use a manual wheelchair (dwp are aware of this) as I literally don’t have the physical strength to propel one in a ‘safe’ manner nor a ‘reasonable’ manner (unable to maintain control when going downhill and can only propel one for short distances at 15 metres per minute)
However my problem, that I am looking for advise on is my pip is due to end, at the end of this year and thus the dwp have sent me a pip review form to fill in.
I am worried as the pip form says ‘I don’t need to send’ – doctors letters
However a doctors letter is 1 of only 2 pieces of evidence I will have that my walking ability is 32 metres per minute (this would be ‘NOT’ ‘within a reasonable time’ as defined by the pip ‘reliability’ criteria)
And my second piece of evidence are the video recordings made on my body worn video camera, these recordings are dated and time stamped and the dwp can ‘calculate’ the speed I walk at by doing a simple ‘distance walked in metres (they can establish the distance on google maps) divided by ‘time taken in minutes’ to get a ‘metres per minute’ calculation.
However if neither my doctors letter, nor my video evidence is acceptable as evidence my pip wont be extended after december 2024 (when it is due to end) and I genuinley fear they would treat me as having ‘no mobility issues’ and thus force me to undertake actions that could worsen my health as a result of them not accepting I have severly restricted mobility.
It appears to me that the dwp are gradually removing the acceptable sources of evidence that a claimant can provide in order to prove their situation and limitations, this obviously results in a claimant not getting a ‘fair’ review as they are unable to provide evidence to prove their circumstances.
The dwp are currently aware of me not being able to walk 'within a reasonable time' but I am trying to prove this wont have changed when my pip ends in december.
They also know I use a powered wheelchair and I am under the care of a neurologist at hospital and this is ongoing, and will continue even after my pip has ended
any advise on whether or not my evidence will be acceptable, or any advise in general would be greatly received
thanks to you all
