Hello i want to ask you my partner is not eligible for universal credit due to not passing resident test we have joint claim but she dont getting any money. It has been like this over 2 years will she be eligible now if i call dwp?

If they have No Recourse to Public Funds then no and claiming benefits could cause big problems.
