The breakdown of your ESA should look something like this, if you're a single person and in the Support Group.
ESA £90.50
Support Group component £47.70
Disability Income Guarantee £20.85
SDP £81.50
Total weekly amount before deductions £240.55/week. (£481.10/fortnight)
Please note that if you're claiming carers allowance the figures would be different. These rates are the new ones and apply from 8th April 2024.
