I was diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea 30 months ago and use a CPAP nightly! My ability to walk any distance is still impaired, I'm still tired by mid afternoon and regularly have headaches. Would I be successful in applying for PIP?

Heya @dunnnl and welcome to the community, I hope you're doing ok today?
PIP isn't about any diagnosis, it's about how your illnesses affect you day to day. So it's worth applying for if they're having a negative effect on your life. You just need to make sure you answer each descriptor with real life examples of how you're affected 51%+ of the time.0
