What DOESN'T annoy you?

We have had a few threads (and lots of great answers) asking what annoys people
What about things that annoy MOST people but don't annoy you??
I have a few things...
Noise doesn't bother me, if someone is doing building work or moving their lawn, whatever...I can even sleep really well regardless of any noise
The weather never upsets me - I try to just appreciate whatever weather this admittedly unpredictable country decides to offer me for the day
Seeing a nice expensive or flashy car doesn't offend me like it does lots of people, although I do still share the public's dislike of antisocial driving
What about you?

Traffic jams! If I've got no time constraints, I really don't mind moving slowly in traffic just listening to music or a podcast and slowly bumbling along.
And messy cupboards. I'm tidy in communal cupboards, but a lot of my personal cupboards and storage places are quite chaotic. It really doesn't bother me to have things fall out when I open the door, keeps me on my toes! As long as I can't see the mess, I don't mind at all. And I know exactly where everything is despite the chaos!0 -
@Rosie_Scope
I'm sorry to mention this if it's unwelcome or if you are not affected by it but I am sort of the same with messy cupboards, as well as desks, shelves, drawers...I was told it is a trait of autism - almost like ... it looks a mess to everyone else, but it's my desk, so if I know where everything is, that's all that matters

@66Mustang Not at all unwelcome I'm not knowingly neurodivergent, but lots of my close family and friends are.
My partner has ADHD and is similar, he really hates my mess but will happily live amongst his own! Although he's the opposite to me as he likes a tidy cupboard or drawer, but every other surface is covered in things that he doesn't necessarily see as mess. Whereas I'll have tidy surfaces, but absolute chaos in the cupboards. We balance out somewhere1 -
I'm genuinely struggling to think of anything that doesn't annoy me.
I wish I was more tolerant but I'm so sensitive to noise and light and smell and touch etc that pretty much everything irritates me to some extent.
I guess the only one I can think of currently is similar to flash cars but more generally just other peoples possessions. I really don't mind what other people have in comparison to my own things.1 -
@OverlyAnxious
I'm the same with nice things. In fact maybe a bit more the other way than you. It doesn't "not bother me" I actually love seeing nice things and enjoy admiring the craftsmanship and quality of stuff like a good mechanical watch or fountain pen or something
That is said with the proviso that I do think a relative level of good taste should be applied; if someone wore a Rolex watch at a food bank, I think, rightly or wrongly, I would judge1 -
Sales calls which annoy a lot of people. I make it a point to be courteous and give the caller my undivided attention. I understand their job isn't easy, so I treat them with the same respect and kindness that I'd like to receive.

Spiders. I love the little critters. They're such funny little things.0

I echo the whole "my mess is okay" thing with neurodiversity. My desk looks rather messy, but everything "is where it's meant to be" for where I'll remember it. I struggle to explain it myself.
I will echo what @MW123 said about call centre workers. Most of the issues aren't caused by them, they often get paid very little and they do get a lot of abuse (I have been one before, I know!).0 -
Cats, foxes, weeds, rain, snow, football results, petrol prices, flowers, trees and rainbows

i smile when i hear people moaning about rain without it and the 6 in of topsoil we would not exist1

I'm the same with mess. We call them "Doom piles" they'll look utterly chaotic to others, but I know where everything is.0

When people need reassurance.
That probably sounds weird but I see so often people complain about others being 'needy' and I never quite understand the issue. In my life I've had some people who are what's classed as 'high maintenance' and need a lot more reassurance or comforting than others and it has never annoyed me!
Queues - Because I never go in them so they don't affect me
Sounds of people playing. On FB I see local people complaining all the time about the sound of children playing next door or outside and I never find it a problem. The exception would be when I've a migraine but generally, I love hearing people going about and enjoying their life!
