AFTER &  8 mouth  battle  with chda MAXIRUS / dwp . FAILED  wca uc50 aug 2023 . sep 2023 did mr , LODGED TRIBUNRAL  hearing oct 2023  .  OCT 2023  lodged complaint with chda  against FLAWED , COROURPT REPORT .  THIS progressed to 2 stage , clinichal standards level .  END  april  2024  had  EMAIL from chda ,   to say  MY  uc50 /wca  aug 2023 . IT  did contain flaws . THEY  in turn informed  DWP  desstion makers SO  on 26 april , dwp desstion makers  DUE  as they put it NEW evidence  reasseted my case AWARDED  me LCWRA/ cancelled tribunral  .  THIS was back dated to AUG 2023  .  JUST  proves there  is issuies with  some ASSEORS REPORTS .  &@  60  NOW  it was very streesfull  process to get fairnesss & justice from  CHDA / DWP . WHAT  iam hearing  from  2025 people on LCWRA  Want  NOT  be reassed. BUT  as govertnments  push to get all folk with DISABILITYS  back to work place.   ESP AGE 55- 65 ???.  ON  voluntary basis only for people current on LCWRA   NEW  workwell program from oct 2024  .  work guarntee . AS  said for people  CURRENT  on (LCWRA ) VOLUNTARY  OUR CHOICE  NOT COMPULSORY .    DONT  give up peoples .
