Minor technical issues with forum

I'm having some very minor issues with the forum and am wondering if anyone else is, too?

The first issue is that when a thread says however many new posts there are, that number overstates by one new post, almost as though it's forgetting I've read the most recent post; sometimes it will say 1 new post and there will be none

Second issue is that when I click on a thread, it used to go to the most recent post, but now it just goes to the top of the most recent page of posts on the thread

Last issue is some threads have an empty page and you have to go to the penultimate page to see any posts at all

These seem all linked to me, although I am not familiar with programming at all so I am not basing this on any knowledge, just some kind of inexplicable mystery logic in my own mind

I find if its at the end of a page it takes you to the new page before I post and it says new page twice

Another (I think unrelated) issue I've had for longer is I seem to have an options "cog" on all of the posts, not just mine, but if I click on a post that's not mine then it just brings up a blank box

Almost like I've been given some kind of admin rights but then it realises I'm not an admin when I try to click on someone else's thread

I have the same on mine too and I don't remember it always being there. The only other issue I have is when using my iPhone and when I click on longer threads it loads but then tells me that there's a connection problem and can no longer view anything.

Thank you for posting this, we'll take a look at what we can to see if it's an issue we can rectify. If not we will feed it back to the relevant team to see if we can resolve this!

I just clicked on a thread and it went straight to the comment box with no posts on the page,i had to go back a page to see the last post?

Just another thing that's happening today

I keep getting a 503 server issue but it's intermittent

I don't know if that's an issue my end or on Scope though
