Diverticulitis what to eat!

Hi,

I have been diagnosed with diverticulitis disease after having a serious infection, been given the antibiotics and now I am better, but I struggle with my diet. I found so many controversial information about what to eat and what not to eat. I am avoiding any high residue fibers, but I do miss my vegetables. Anyone can tell me what veg and what can I eat to avoid a flare up?

Thank you so much all of you. I did not know u had it, and got a big scare when I was rushed in hospital, since then I eat only fish and carbs, but I am desperate for veg. Thanks for the advice, I will keep a food diary and see what works.
