Heya @jojoba and welcome to the community.
It should be a 3 payment cycle wait, then you start receiving the LCWRA component from the 4th month yes. Have you left a note on your journal (Under payments) to ask what's going on?0 -
There saying it's going to be on my 5th payment cycle0

In your other thread you said you reported your fit note in Feb and it was backdated to 24th January. This will be your problem. When it comes to working out your waiting period they don't usually accept a backdated fit note and they will start the waiting period from the date you actually provided that fit note.
The waiting period is 3 full assessment periods, it's then paid from the 4th month after you provided your first fit note, with first payment being the end of that 4th month. (it's not 14 weeks when claiming UC)
Based on the limited information you gave your first payment will be either June or July. The exact date will depend on what date you provided that fit note in Feb and what date you usually receive your money each month. Either way, it's unlikely that you will be owed any LCWRA element.0 -
Yes the actual date of fit note going in was the 15th of February0

What date do you usually receive your money each month?0

2nd of the month I got my first payment on 2 march

That means your waiting period is Feb/March, March/April, April/May.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 27th May to 26th June and first payment will be 2nd July. No LCWRA element is owed.
If you or a partner were receiving earnings since you provided your first fit note and you didn't previously have the work allowance then you will be owed some money from that.0
