Hi I need advice I had a health assessment and it was decided that I go onto limited capability to work I work 20hrs but due to my health I can't work the full hrs and want to reduce my hrs ASAP. On LCW Do I have to do a certain amount of hrs ? And if I reduce my hrs will universal credit sanction me for reducing my hrs because as of yesterday you have to work 18hrs before you are asked to look for further hrs? If I reduce my hrs will universal credit increase my universal credit amount, how does LCW make any changes to help my situation, its very confusing .

Hi poppy can you advise me again please, I'm at the moment on LCW a couple of weeks ago due to having a full hip replacement but I have pain in both hips and my back and mental health problems! I'm finding it impossible to work any longer I've tried so hard to work but I can't do it anymore where do I let my coach know on my journal what steps do I take to have a reconsideration so I can claim LCWra.
