Hello everyone,

We need your help! Whether you're a casual member of the online community or a regular, we want your feedback on potential changes to our online community's look and feel. If you use a computer, smartphone, or tablet to access the community, we want to hear from you!

Anybody who participates will be rewarded with shopping vouchers as a thank you for your time.

At the moment we're just looking to hear if anyone's interested, so if you are please email us at community@scope.org.uk to let us know you'd be willing to take part. Please also tell us whether you use a computer, smartphone or tablet to access the online community.

It might be that we can't take everyone on, but we welcome anyone's interest.

I use all of those devices and would be interested in taking part

Do you need people who are able to use the phone/webcam to chat with people to share their experience, as I can't do that

Hi @66Mustang, great question. The full details of how it will run haven't been decided yet (it's going to be in conjunction with other departments in Scope), but we will ensure it is accessible and there are options for how people engage.

For example if it is held over Teams, participants would not need cameras on and could response via the typed chat box rather than verbally.

Expressing an interest at this stage also doesn't mean you have to take part if you decide later on that the format is not suited to you.

If it's what was up the other day temporarily there is definitely room for improvement. Was too small, difficult to navigate. Testing will hopefully shake that out.

Hi @Ray212, no it's nothing like what was up the other day, that occured due to a big fix rolled out by our platform provider impacting some of our custom code. The changes that we're looking to test are unrelated but will hopefully prevent those issues occurring again.

I'm happy to take part. Where do I sign up and do you have a date yet?

    I'd be using a laptop.

Hi! I think it is a good idea to test your system. I am unable to click on the box that allows me know if someone has responded to the threads I am interested in.

Thanks @Steve_in_The_City. Yep, very annoying issue! We're hoping to resolve this and many others with the changes we're looking to test.

The ability to "unsubscribe" from a thread would be handy

I think you and your team do a good job and it is inevitable you do get computer glitches! Yet I am finding it difficult to keep track of threads; that is my main concern.
