Moving from LCW to LCWRA questions
Hello! Just wondered if anyone could help.
I submitted a change of circumstances on December 15th 2023 indicating that my condition had worsened.
I received the LCWRA decision today. Am I entitled to back pay? And will I see the LCWRA in my next statement?
My AP is 27th-26th paid on the 2nd.
Thanks so much!

Heya @jvmrg and welcome to the community.
I'm glad to hear you managed to get LCWRA, that must be a huge relief? With regard to payment, it will start on your 4th payment cycle after you submitted the change of circumstances I believe?0 -
Yout LCWRA payment should start from 2nd May 2024.

That’s incorrect. As a change of circumstances was reported which prompted another referral for a WCA then the extra money is paid from the assessment period in which the changes were reported.
This means the LCWRA element will be paid from assessment period 27th Nov to 26th Dec and first payment will be 2nd January.0 -
Thanks .
I wrongly Assumed it was a fresh claim

No problem. The title of the thread does say moving from LCW to LCWRA. 😉
