Broken window

Hi my friend hope you're well, my house window got broken my bungalow due to me not being well suffering a stroke my friend was banging on the outside window and it broke.
My responsibility to replace says my housing.
II explained only on disability benefits I would have to pay in stages they refuse to do also refuse to take complaint, I'm lost.

Depending on your situation, if you don't have buildings insurance maybe it's provided as part of the rent??

I'm sorry to hear about your stroke, but I'm very glad your friend was there for you.
Can I ask who your housing is with? Is it a private landlord? A housing association? It can depend on who is responsible. They should also always take on board an official complaint.0
