Hello would the review be the same as I had when I frist one by phone also if I'm on the enhanced rate for both sections and this gets changed can I take then to appeal as my condition has gotten worse thank you

Reviews are the same as your first time claim. Once the decision is made if you're not happy then yes you can challenge the decision by first requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration.
