My personal experience claiming pip first time
hi everyone,
I just wanted to share my experience with you all as I know the dreadful waiting on the decision is stressful.
I applied for pip end of June and had my assessment on the 7th of May, I wasn’t alone during the assessment and I find that really helped and showed my struggles with everyday needs.
I received a text 2 weeks later saying we are awarding you pip and I literally had tears in my eyes.
I was on here every night after my assessment and googling trying to find peoples personal time frames. A lot of people also received the text the same time as me 08:03am my back payment hasn’t gone in to my account yet but that should take 3 working days.
I wish you all the best of luck and I hope this helps some people with time frame ect
