Hi @Marciatulips3, welcome to the community ๐
It's natural to be nervous about your PIP assessment, it's not an easy process to go through so I hope you're managing to cope okay at the moment. Lots of our members have been through them and I'm sure if you have any questions about it they'd be happy to help you out. I hope you'll find the community friendly and helpful!

Thank you Rosie. I have been reading some of the discussions. I am trying not to over think things but it's not easy

I have had to go through the pip assessment and it made my anxiety much worse so I understand how you feel . You just have to do it and hope for the best . It isnโt a nice experience but a necessity if you canโt work . Donโt be afraid you can get through it and also state how you feel on your worst day stick to that and you should be fine . I wish you all the best and I felt the same as you do . Itโs natural I think as it means so much to us . Take care and honestly try not to think about it as it just makes you feel worse . Helen

I am trying not to think too much about it but then I start thinking I will make a mess of it. Like you say it means so much. Thanks for your reply Helen

I just wanted to stop in and say hi @Marciatulips3 Just take your time, don't worry if you have to take a minute to gather yourself and take some notes of important things to mention. Try not to worry too much, they really are there to help you. ๐

Hello thank you. Is it ok to tell them you're reading some notes to remind you of things during the assessment? The nearer it gets its really worrying me

That wont be a problem at all, you can let them know you've written notes beforehand to help you remember things, that's totally fine. Please try not to panic too much, just remember for every minute it's happening, it'll be a minute closer to finishing. ๐
