Unsure what this means
I applied for PIP mid-march and hadn't heard anything from them. The postal service is rubbish where i live. They put me through to a case manager who said there was a discrepancy with by nationality (I was born in Ireland). She said that was a straight forward fix and that I would receive my forms in the next week or two.
I haven't had any kind of assessment so what could this mean?
Thank you

When you apply for PIP that's the first part of your claim. The next part is receiving the PIP2 form to fill in and return. If you haven't yet received that then that's why you haven't had your assessment yet.
When you were advised you would receive the forms in the next week or two, it's likely to be the PIP2 form they are sending out to you. You will need to fill that in with all your information and then return it to DWP. Please make sure you include any extra supporting evidence with the form because they rarely contact anyone for evidence.

Hi, Thank you for that. Is the PIP2 form the one I would have filled out when applying about what i can and can't do etc?

It's this form.
If you've already filled that out and returned it then I have no idea what they mean by "you will receive your forms in the next week or two"

Yes, that's the one i sent in March. Thank you for your help, I guess I'll wait to see what comes in the post?

I'm thinking they maybe sending you another PIP2 form, not realising you already returned one back to them. I'd advise you to ring them to ask exactly what is being sent to you and also ask if they received the one you returned.
