non epileptic seizures

Hi
I applied for PIP last year and was told I have generalised epilepsy. I had an EEG and had a seizure and was told that I do not have epilepsy but have dissociative seizures and have been referred for CBT.
I am currently receiving PIP standard rate care and enhanced mobility. Will I have to inform pip of this? As my needs are still the same.
My seizures are still unpredictable and wary in nature and are characterised by the following features: convulsion, involuntary movement and drop falls.
The care and needs remain the same but now I am worried about what to do.

No, PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis.

so should I not request a change of circumstance form?

If the way your conditions affect you hasn't changed then there's nothing to report.
