My sick notes from 8march this yr my ap is 1-30 when will my first lcwra payment be wud anybosy no

You waiting period is as follows.. April/May/June.. LCWRA starts from 1st July to 30th July and first payment will be 5th August. No LCWRA element is owed.

thank you for replying its so very confusing as iv never claimed any benefits before so i dont understand them and how they work out things

The reason why it's in August is because you provided your first fit note in the middle of your assessment period which doesn't count. It has to be 3 full assessment periods. The LCWRA element then starts from the 4th month after that with first payment being the end of that month. UC is paid 1 month in arrears.
