Hi the dead line was today 2nd June for the DWP to respond to the tribunal courts. We haven't had any contact from them yet . not sure what will happen now any info would be great thanks

This often happens. HMCTS will extend that deadline. DWP will eventually respond.

This deadline is completely irrelevant. Nothing happens to the DWP when they don't respond in time. It just gets extended.
