Moving from LCW to LCWRA

Hi I've just gotten moved from LCW to LCWRA and I'm confused, so after some help please.
I have been on LCW for a few years now.
I declared new health issue 18th October 23.
DWP sent me out a new WCA form which I filled in and returned in 02nd December 23.
My GP filled their form in in January 24.
I received a letter in my online journal stating I have moved from LCW to LCWRA as of today (08/06/24).
My payment date is 18th of each month (12th -11th).
Can somebody please explain what this means in simple terms?
Also when will I receive my first LCWRA payment?
Will it be back-dated?
Any help appreciated
