Hello, I was told to join this group for help with benefits questions? I have applied for a budgeting loan and its been more than 21 days since the txt I received, every time I phone the number provided, it cuts off after one minute or doesn't connect at all?

    Sorry to hear the line keeps cutting off. I usually find the best time to call is as soon as lines open, there's a much better chance of speaking to someone then. I'm just going to move your post over to the benefits category, so more people in the know will be able to see it and hopefully offer some more advice. I hope that's ok?

    There’s been a few members here that have also waited longer than usual. Theres likely backlogs in some areas. All you can do is either wait or continue to try to ring them.

    I called after 3 and a half weeks and was told mine had been approved the next day but I hadn’t received the email. They sent me the offer and I accepted but 4 days later haven’t heard when I’ll be paid. I also can’t get through the phone line says it’s closed. I think it must be errors on there side
