Ataxic Cerebral Palsy

Does anyone on here have Ataxic CP and would you mind please sharing your experiences of it and in what ways it affects you?
My CP affects my balance and coordination. I have low tone and the floppy muscles. I turned 40 late last year and early this year I had an unexplained injury which turned out i had torn a muscle in my quads. No fall or anything, it was very bizarre. I have now been told, from having an MRI scan, that I have arthritis in my right knee and not much cartlidge left. Yesterday I also had a fall at work which has made my side badly bruised.
What sorts of factors make you more wobbly? When I am tired or feeling poorly my balance is more unsteady but there are times when I am neither of the two but feel more wobbly and have more stumbles. Will this increase as I get older do you think?
I didn’t know when I was younger a lot about how my condition would affect me and neither did my mum…the doctors didn’t have much knowledge therefore I am interested to speak or meet with like minded people who know what I am going through.
