You say lwcra will move over 2028 I thought that been brought forward till 2024 2025

LCWRA is part of UC so no one would be moving to any other benefits. It's those that are still claiming the old Income Related ESA that were originally not expected to migrate to UC until 2028/29 but the Tories changed it to 2024/25. Whether that will remain, is anyone's guess.
