Bedroom Tax and UC

Hi we have been awarded an extra bedroom with regards to housing benefit on medical grounds which means we no longer have to pay under occupancy (bedroom tax) will this change in circumstances force a move onto UC? Thanks kind regards

Hi sorry to ask on another person's question I'm currently paying 85 pounds for an extra bedroom Is there anyway now I'm on the sick am I able to not pay the extra bedroom tax ?

To claim an extra bedroom for a carer you must be claiming either daily living PIP/ADP or DLA mid/high rate care.
