Should I let UC know about my potential gardening jobs?

hi
I’m having a universal credit review at the moment, I have been unable to work due to lower back pain I receive pip too, I told them how much money I had in my account at the beginning but didn’t update on other money that has been credited to my account my mistake as I don’t really understand what to do, I had a fall two years ago at home and broke some ribs two months after I had a heart attack, I’ve also had covid and been worrying about my health rather than updating universal credit. I now want to do some small gardening jobs that I will be paid for but I’m worried if I tell them they will think I’m trying to hide things from them because they are reassessing my account, I’ve been told I should try to keep active and as I used to do gardening I think it would be good for me. Should I let universal credit know what I intend to do or will this look suspicious? Just wondering if anyone has any advice? I’ve had to send bank statements proving my account balance going back to 2023 but I think they will want further back as I have over the amount of 6k but I am sure I told them I had more at the beginning.
Thanks
