I read on managed migration on here you said support group would be moved 2028 I thought it was 2024 2025 maybe it's an old post I read don't know how to join conversations on that page

    No problem @Catherine21 we're all here to help each other and if you need to talk, we're always about. 😊

    But as Poppy has said, it's probably best to try and find something else to think about for now as it's all out of our hands. Do you have a hobby or something you could really get stuck into? I always find that helps lessen the anxiety and stops me overthinking.

    I try to distract myself but always come back to terror feel so scared and vulnerable like everyone else just can't relax eat sleep all happened on autumn budget been terrible since then tbh
