Hi, my name is Phoenix129!
Hi when doing PIP Assessment the IAS always say they do not make the desicion but the descriptors used show that they do my last PIP review is in reconsideration and now got the Assessment report and the descriptor is a direct influence on the desicions made and you can say they are desraptors but when a person has to decide on which box to fix it is a desicion if the desicion is made and the desicion maker in PIP stands by those desicions made by assesor in the descriptors regardless of what they have put as reasons why? They are officially making a desicion which can and has directly influenced desicion makers end results which by PIP and ISA statements that assesors are not allowed to make desicions means the descriptor section of the Assessment is legally wrong and therefore must be removed so those desicions cannot be made and the assesors assumptions and advice are not seen in a decision making form of any kind! Until this is changed all desicions made by PIP desicion makers are not based on their own desicions but influenced desicions made by the descriptor ticked by assesors which again is legally wrong! End of story because they are by PIP standards not allowed to Influence or be seen to influence or make a decision themselves! The Descriptors are set put as the Desicion maker would tick them when making a desicion on your claim so no matter how you try to spin it your legally breaking the rights of all PIP claimants by using this system because the moment a desicion maker reads it and even uses it as a basis to deny or give the benefits its not their desicion it's the assesors they are using! So anyone reading this please challenge the Descriptor use as its a bias system saying they don't allow the assesors make the desicions when they actually do with the descriptors they are using!
