Hi all I came across this forum after googling about my housing association ill try stick to points. Sorry if grammar not best as I have dyslexia.

I am f35 I have health issues I live with my partner of 9 years m49 and our little boy who is 4. We were hoodwinked into a swap now know it really was too good to be true, we were told next door was lovely. We are good people who don't drink smoke take drugs we don't have parties we just like doing gardening and normal family stuff but they are making us out to be feral.

We have had false accusations to housing and police, the husband follows me outside and watches me, she hangs out windows making childish comments and there sons mother in law has been charged for a hate crime for mocking my illness essential tremors. They have told other meighbours we have made threats against there son and his vehicle even though we both have cctv with sound. Other neighbour is a police officer and has been telling others even though there is no evidence of this as its not true. I have been reported to social services because I have footage of her shouting my son to go out to her she claimed he was home alone again I was with him and she has cctv front amd back which would show me going out. They have a cctv pointed into my back garden we do not share access gate just a front common gate which they leave wide open and laugh putting my son at risk. They poured 4 litres undiluted bleach on path and never washed it away causing my son to wheeze with asthma. They built a fence in our garden prior to us moving in and are demanding access we said no housing claiming we have no right to say no as its there property we are just tenants and are gaslighting us to say yes and ar erefusing to help us with this and acting on all false accusations. The fence is over boundary and they have not asked housing permission to build it and no proof of ownership yet housing demanding we have to let them in and we have basically no legal standing to say no. Forgot so say they own their property, housing also said my lawyer is gave false information that we can refuse access only a court can enforce it. Also other neighbours has made indirect threats to my partner. All we want is to be left alone but they won't stop and I'm afraid to be home alone now, moving is not an option as this is our dream home and we have spent alot of money fixing it up into a home and our son can't cope with change as he is awaiting tests for adhd.

Please help I'm in scotland if that helps.

Hey there @Lauraandstan2015 and welcome to the community.

I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles with your neighbours. Unfortunately we're not trained to give legal advice on here, but we can offer support when needed. Have you spoken to the police recently about your feeling unsafe when home alone?
