Can anyone please help me I’m reg disabled i have a brain condition and other health issues to long to mention.
My home is being sold I’m not on the deeds whoever I’m looking to buy a part rent shared ownership, I’m on esa the old one in support group and I get pip daily standard and enhanced mobility, can I am I entitled to claim for housing help towards the rent if my son lives at home and works full time , I’m worried sick as to how I’m going to cope if we have to pay the rent side , I’ve got to
Put my son on the information as I have a bad credit rating so I needs his help , he cannot afford the whole rent amount can I claim universal housing credit if 92,pounds a week if he is working and earns 26000 per year, he isn’t staying at home

If he’s named on the tenancy agreement as well as you then you can claim help with the rent for your 50% share.
For help with the rent you will need to claim Universal Credit, this will then end any Income Related ESA you’re claiming 2 weeks after you submit a claim for UC.
There will be no deductions because your PIP includes the daily living part.
