    HI poppy,

    So sorry asking you again about this message i need to leave on my journal, I've just logged into my UC, clicked the green box " add a journal entry", choosen change as you said, but then its shows me all the options, so the one that applies to me would be money,savings,investment as I cant see any other option that suits my need. When I choose this option its the same as when I declared our bank account amounts this morning, what date did this change happen etc there is no option to write an explanation of what the lump sum was used for. I've got 3 or 4 cancelled changes on my journal now.... sorry for being a nuisance

    Try under service issues. All you’re trying to do is put a message on your journal. Tell them that there was no where to explain what you did when you reported it.

    That has worked under service issues , I just couldn't find anywhere to write it.
