Pip backpay

so I got my daughter in law to phone pip today and they say I’m due back pay from February however it’s been passed to debt management I owe money from years ago to tax credits they were taking it off my universal credits but I have a Iva so universal credit stopped the deduction until my Iva is finished which is next year 

Will they take my pip back pay ? 
any advice
