What's your sleeping position?

Now I love a big comfy bed with LOTS of decorative pillows of all sizes plonked on top so it all looks lovely and cosy. However, every night, I have to throw all the cushions and pillows off and leave one single, flat and sad little pillow for my head. That's because I am no longer a snuggly side sleeper but a flat back, open mouthed, snoring back sleeper, who lays as horizontal as possible. I miss being able to sprawl out or snuggle up.😂 Curious as to how you all sleep? Is anyone a front sleeper? Is that even possible!?😂

I always have 2 pillows, a thin one and my luff adjustable pillow, which I love. I alway sleep on my left side and mostly wake up in the same place I was in when I got into bed. Usually my duvet has remained same place too. 😂

When I was younger I always slept on my front but couldn't do that now.

I sleep nearly the same as Poppy only I sleep on my right side, I have one thin pillow and a softer one on top, all my extra stuff gets put off my bed till morning. I’m mostly always in the same position in the morning.
I used to sleep on my front but haven’t been able to do that for a few years.

    Sleep well everyone. Goodnight ❤️

My daughter bought it for me for Xmas 1.5 years ago. She knew I really wanted one but was too mean to buy myself one. It was on offer when she bought it.

It took quite a while to get the filling as I wanted it but after that, I just loved it. I love how the filling can be removed to just washed both covers. I'd highly recommend it. It always used to cost me a fortune with other pillows because they went flat so quickly but now I don't have that problem.

I also have extra things on my bed, such as cushions, a few teddies and a throw at the bottom. I take them off every night. I also share my bed with my cat… well, he has 3/4 and I have the rest 😂 he tries to steel my side and every night I have to tell him to move to his side. 🙄

I've never understood all the extra stuff on a bed… I just want mine to be 'made' as quickly and easily as possible in the morning.

For the past few years I've been an L-shaped sleeper. My internals need a bit of assistance from gravity so I have to stay sitting up for most of the night. Right-side sleeping is my preference though. Not sure how front sleeping works for anyone - we all have protruding body parts at the front, as well as breathing orifices. 😅

Morning oh it’s just extra pillows and cushions and a throw, I take them off at night and put them back on in the morning. I’m waiting to get my room decorated I’ve had my paper for the main wall for ages and matching quilt set. Here a photo off my bed. It’s just plain but looking forward to a bit off colour once decorated.
I also looked at the pillow Polly mentioned as I’m forever buying new pillows.

@Lou67 luff have quite a few pillows just to mention again that it's the adjustable one I have. My daughter also has one. I don't know what their other pillows are like because I've not used them.

Aww thanks I’m having 3 walls just white and the wall behind my bed is getting papered it’s like a pale blueish colour with print all over it’s got leaves and birds here a wee look at the paper and bedding. I just wanted a change and a bit off colour. ❤️

My sleeping position is whatever is comfortable for my legs on the day, but often it's almost on my front, with one normal pillow and one special pillow designed for better neck support for people who sleep on their side or front. It's pretty nifty.

Though last night was no duvet, trying to go to sleep on the floor in front of a big fan with the dogs all huffing away next to me. 😆

All my pets snore. Well, maybe not the fish, it's hard to check.

The cat is THE worst snorer! It's often the only way i know she's in my room. 😆

@woodbine oh yes! The dog always ends up with far more bed than he actually needs 😂 Do dogs snore @Biblioklept ? Mine snores, gurgles, also makes muffled little barks as his legs take off running in his dreams, which make the entire bed shake 😂😂 There is also the added bonus of the dreaded added flatulence he brings @Albus_Scope 😂😂 The bed looks so welcoming in the day, but a bit of a horror show of a night 😂😂
