Hi, my name is butch! Can daughter claim 50% car tax?

If my daughter uses her car for my hospital visits doctor's visits and shopping can she claim 50% car tax and still use the car for her own use

To claim this you must be receiving standard mobility PIP/ADP. Your daughter must only use the vehicle for the purpose of the disabled person. See link https://www.disabledmotoring.org/motoring/road-tax-50-reduction
