Success at last!

I applied for PIP in May last year. Was given only 4 points for the food/making meal section and then 0 for everything else. Submitted an MR and got the same result, though after reading my assessment I’m not surprised given how it was full of lies. Lodged an Appeal and my appeal was heard yesterday. I walked in with 4 points daily living and walked out with 13 points. It doesn’t surprise me in the slightest, I’m delighted with the result and I wish they hadn’t of made it so difficult to get to this point but at least for now it is over!

Oh wow @nikkim236 that is amazing news, what a relief! My last tribunal saw me walk in with 2 points and out with 20+ it was so silly!
I'm glad the stress is over for you now, please make sure you buy yourself a little treat when the money arrives in a few weeks, you've more than earned it. ❤️1 -
