Hi all, new here, i have just been rewarded PIP just waiting on the letter. I have seen on here before about the payment line that you can call, and it tells you your next payment (albeit not always accurate) is this no longer available? I called but none of the options seem to be about next payment. Thanks ❤️

It’s still available by ringing the helpline. It’s no longer an option that you choose but it should give details of your next payment while waiting for someone to answer the phone. However, it has been know to give incorrect information. It also doesn’t include any money you maybe owed.

If you want to know what you’ve been awarded and when to expect any money owed into your bank you can ring to ask.

Thank you, i got there eventually, if it's the right amount i got advanced, which is as expected. 15 weeks to the day from start of claim, i got the reward. In case anyone is waiting, i was quoted 15 weeks!
